Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Haiti Designs. Because our products are printed on demand and made especially for each order, our return and refund process is unique. Please read the policy below carefully before making your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Custom design variations based on screen display differences

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and custom details before completing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

2.1 Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a printing defect
  • Is the wrong item or design
  • Contains manufacturing errors

2.2 What We Need From You

To process a replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the entire product
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please wait 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered early.
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations

Because orders begin production shortly after they are placed, cancellations are only possible within the first 1–2 hours after purchase.

If the order has already entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order
  • You received a damaged or defective item and do not want a replacement
  • The item is significantly different from the product description

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

6. Custom Designs

If you upload or customize your own design, you are responsible for ensuring:

  • Image quality is high resolution
  • The content does not violate copyright or trademark laws

We do not offer refunds for low-quality results caused by low-resolution uploads.

7. Color & Design Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor or screen variations.
  • Print sizes and placement may vary slightly.

These differences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
